Process

The scope changes from job to job. The four steps do not.

Walk the site: Review access, slope, drainage, utilities, staging, and scope.
Plan the work: Sequence equipment, material movement, haul-off, and follow-up trades.
Do the work: Move dirt, remove material, shape grade, or build a retaining wall with the next phase in mind.
Leave it ready: Prepare the site for the foundation, concrete, landscape, or utility crew that follows.
